Das Alpenhaus Prossau liegt mitten im Kötschachtal bei Bad Gastein und ist nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Der Weg zu uns ist Teil des Erlebnisses – ob zu Fuß, im Sommer auch mit dem Fahrrad,
oder traditionell mit der Pferdekutsche.
Bitte planen Sie für den Besuch ausreichend Zeit ein.
Die Umgebung, der Weg und die Einkehr gehören bei uns zusammen.
Alpenhaus Prossau is located in the heart of the Kötschach Valley near Bad Gastein and cannot be reached by car.
Getting here is part of the experience – on foot, by bicycle in summer, or traditionally by horse-drawn carriage.
Please allow enough time for your visit.

Anreise im Überblick
Der Fußweg beginnt im Kötschachtal und führt gemütlich entlang des Tales direkt zum Alpenhaus.
Die Gehzeit beträgt ca. 90 Minuten, je nach Ausgangspunkt und Tempo.
Im Sommer ist die Anreise auch mit dem Fahrrad möglich.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Weg naturbelassen ist und entsprechende Fahrpraxis erfordert.
Die Anreise mit der Pferdekutsche erfolgt über regionale Kutscher.
Die Buchung der Pferdekutsche erfolgt direkt durch unsere Gäste bei den jeweiligen Kutschern.
The walking path starts in the Kötschach Valley and leads comfortably along the valley directly to the Alpenhaus.
Walking time is approximately 90 minutes, depending on starting point and pace.
During summer, it is also possible to reach the Alpenhaus by bicycle.
Please note that the route is on natural terrain and requires appropriate riding experience.
Horse-drawn carriage rides are offered by local carriage operators.
